The store offered to replace the dishwasher, but the salesperson you spoke to on the phone said that the company would not cover the cost of installing a new dishwasher.

You task is to write a letter to the store stating why you think they should pay the installation fee on the new dishwasher.

Dear Service manager,

I am writing to request covering of the cost of dishwasher installation.

I bought a new dishwasher machine of your company's product at the large department store but it didn't working and the storeman replaced another one.
When I installed the machine I had to pay $375 by the cost of the installation and at this second time of the installation I have to pay same amount again so I called to your salesman and he said me your company could not charge about the fee.
I am requesting to cover the second installation fee because from the first time your company's product had a some problem.
This is not my fault but your company's problem.

I am lookfowad to your response as soon as possible.

Best regard,
Choi
